Radio presets disappearing
Hi,
Has anyone run into the situation where your radio preset stations (XM/Sirius, HD Satellite, etc.) have disappeared for no reason? It's like every 5 - 6 weeks, my presets will disappear, so I have to reset the stations. This is the 3rd time it's occurred (the last time it happened the service rep said MB was pushing an update).

Just a "slight" update...I set up and appointment with the dealer because my presets had disappeared again. Well a few days before the appointment, my all the channels on the Sirius network were gone and all I heard was "call 800 to subscribe." I'm like what? I thought that I had the service for two more years. Come to find out that the two remaining years were for traffic and weather...SMH...so I call Sirius and get the "radio" subscription installed, the send the signal over the air and now I have all the radio channels back. So far, they haven't disappeared (fingers crossed). So @tobeit and @mstraka , do you have the entire packaged installed on your vehicles or just the traffic and weather? You still experiencing the disappearing channels?

The preseta just dissappear with annoying regularity and I am too lazy to reprogram all over and over again and instead just add the top 6 or so I use and leave it like that. Also, now have Carplay added (see other thread) and really will only use a few channels on Sat radio ... If I find good live channels (music with moderators and some news mixed in) I can listen to on Carplay I may finaly give up on Sat radio. My son's stopped paying as they only listen to their music via Carplay or Android auto.

The preseta just dissappear with annoying regularity and I am too lazy to reprogram all over and over again and instead just add the top 6 or so I use and leave it like that. Also, now have Carplay added (see other thread) and really will only use a few channels on Sat radio ...
