What to look for in Used C63S + Color question

Hey all, in the hunt for a 2019+ C63s Sedan here and looking at what i should be looking for in terms of mileage/carfax. Not many CPOs exist online. Budget is right around $70k. Also - if i get black - how much does it cost to XPEL it to make it look like that magno satin black finish? I currently have a black car and vowed to never get one again unless it was matte.

That's quite a few service visits, certainly not routine. If that is a mercedes dealer I would contact them and ask for a VMI printout.

I would ask whats up with those repeated battery charging system checks and tire rotation and balancing multiple times. Sounds they hunted down vibrations and a faulty charging system. The rest is pretty benign.

$70k these days is tight for 2019…used car prices are really up and KBB is not a good guide right now - it can’t keep up with the fast changing market.

Yeah definitely. There are multiple C63S out there for 68-75k, you can get a base for 58-64. I'd go to 72k.

Also wondering on the black finish for the matte look?

I was in the same boat with you except with the coupe. I decided if I was gonna drop $65-70k on a car, I may as well go all the way and buy brand new. There aren’t many FL coupes in the $70k range. I’m seeing a lot of used 2020’s going for above MSRP.

Nothing seems out of the ordinary. All of the scheduled maintenance has been completed on time and there doesn't appear to be any major reoccurring warranty work.

If you really wanted to be picky, you could question their driving habits as there seem to be alot of wheel & tire repairs/replacements. I'm assuming were done at the stealership as they had the wheel and tire warranty.
