Can't switch to Individual Mode?

Can't switch to Individual Mode?
Hoping this is nothing but I was out running some errands in the car earlier today and on my last startup, the car wouldn't let me click up into Individual Mode. I could cycle through all other modes just fine, as well as make individual adjustments to each mode to "mimic" my Individual Mode. Anyhow, didn't stop and restart the car since I had other stuff to do when I got home, just wondering if anyone else has experienced this.

The only time that ever happened to me was when it was low on fuel. I thought it might have been some way to force the car to stay in Comfort mode to conserve fuel when I was nearing the end of the tank, but never tested my hypothesis after that. As others have said, it might just be a glitch.

For me when the dynamic switch doesn’t work, I make sure to shut the car down and turn the car back on. Then all the systems are back online.

I had a similar problem and changed the switch pack. Lots of how to's to pop up the center console. Then a single plug and a couple screws. Maybe don't overthink it. When you look closely at how it's made, it's definitely not a high quality switch. Not to mention it's directly in the spill zone if you use your cup holders.
