Mercedes of Oakland - C63S - In Stock

Admins please move this if this isn't the right place to put this.

My dealer, Sam, at Mercedes of Oakland sent this over to me and I thought I would share. The guy who ordered it couldn't obtain financing, and shared it with me. I'm sharing it with you. Pass it on to anyone you know who is looking. I do not know the asking price, but I can bet you it's probably $30-$40k over sticker because there is literally only 12 in the united states up for sale right now. I attached the spec sheet.

Have who ever call MB of Oakland, and ask for Sam La. He was my sales guy and he was *******G awesome to work with.

I'm sure not being able to obtain financing was not the reason the original buyer backed out. My guess is the WONDERFUL ***** dealership made him an offer! I get the supply and demand concept but their market-up just reconfirms the lack of integrity of a lot of car dealerships. KARMA is a bit**

Mercedes oh Oakland

Call up Mercedes of Oakland. I’m sure they’ll give you a fair price. My guess $85,000
Ask for Sam!

Dealers in Canada have been marking them up as well especially used c63's ..... on avg they are asking $10-15000 over what they would of last year .

I had a dealer call me about selling mine . I looked on their site and they have 2 for sale with double the mileage mine has and both stock .... they were asking alot for both of them and they offered my blackbook ...I laughed and showed them their own ads and the sales mgr said he is aware he may be asking on the high side but that wasn't going to change his offer to me so I declined ...

i was at the local dealership here in UT and sales guy is blown away by the asking prices and what people are paying - was saying supply is so low it crazy - and that only cars they are build V8s for right now with the shortage are S & G class only - so everything else is put on the back burner. Had my e63s wagon and he asked me 4x if i wanted to sell it - to which i said ill hang for a bit similar with the C63 - cus if you sell what will you replace it with and OVERPAY on?

2018 C63s
*****I'm in the Washington, D.C. Metro area and my local dealerships keeps sending me emails, mailers, and other hints they want to buy my 2018 C63s. Mine is low mileage, very clean, and it's pretty well loaded. I'm the second owner, and am in shock at how much the dealership is offering for my car, above blue book value. I would be tempted to sell it to them, but then I'd be riding a bike as they have virtually no, or NO stock of a replacement car I would like, and what they have has almost laughable dealer markup above MSRP.

It's a great time to sell, but for sure not to buy.

Anyone hear any crazy numbers people are getting for their 2021 C63S cabriolets? I like my car but I would be a seller!

do you mind sharing the offers? I have a 2018 C63S coupe CPO with 25k miles I’ll be putting up for sale in January and curious what dealers are willing to do. Thanks!

Carmax give you the best offer. Carmax only source of income is flipping cars and so they need your car more. The new car dealership doesn’t need your car as much. They still have other sources of incomes like sell new car, sell parts, services … etc.
Here’s an example on my 2016 M4 with only 25k miles. Carmax offered $50k and BMW dealer only offered $40k.

Curious about this too! I'm in the same area and just picked up an '18 C63S, would be really interested to know how much I overpaid (or if I got a good deal!). Feel free to PM me if you don't want to share publicly.

*****Depends on the dealer and seemingly how desperate they are for cars. As someone else mentioned, Carmax and also Carvana offer generally a bit more than the dealer, but that was not the case for whatever reason with my car. I was offered 64k by my local dealer which I thought was awesome for my 19k car - heavily optioned except for ceramic brakes. They are selling them for between $75-81k "Certified" in their Bethesda showroom, and a bit less in Germantown. Carvana offered $59k a couple of months back after I sold them the ex-girlfriends car, and I inquired about my C63s. They are up and down depending upon market demands.

Scan of price is below. Dunno if that one has been sold. They had another low mileage at over 81k a few weeks back before Thanksgiving. Seems crazy to pay that for what was a 90k car originally, almost 4 years ago. I really like my car, and the prices they are asking for non in stock cars I would like are crazy stupid above MSRP, so I'll keep what I have and just get a lower maintenance girlfriend to save up for something nicer (car wise...) once the chip shortage hopefully ends..
