Just closing out my service experience. Picked the car up today. Total service time was 3 days. The A1 service with changing wipers and rear diff fluid was done the day I dropped it off. I could see the service reminder was already reset by the end of the day in the Mercedes me app. The remaining 2 days were for my other concerns, however they dismissed most of them, specifically the sonar/morse code mystery noise coming from one of the damping modules that was discussed on another thread, so I'm gonna have to have a stern word with my SA and probably have to take it back. He's out today. Car drives fine and the noise doesn't bother me all that much as it's only heard at very low parking lot speeds, but I kinda want it sorted. The other things they dismissed are fine. I complained about the parking sensors occasionally coming on for no reason, but there's no update or no TSB for it, and I felt the carbon fiber of the rear diffuser was cloudy, but they claim it's a characteristics of the weave and the specific shape of the diffuser. It was pretty much like that from the beginning, so I'm guessing they are right. All in all a good and unsurprising service experience. I had a feeling they'd come back with can't reproduce the suspension noise, so I probably have to sit down with the foreman.
