Maybe you all didn't understand. I didn't say anything about a C206 Coupe, otherwise I would be on that forum. This reported order guide is showing that you can still order the C205 Coupe V8 models. You know just like you can the current C300 and C43 coupes. So no it's not a nice try. I was asking had anyone else heard or seen this. Has nothing to do with the "206" C-Class.

Yeah I know, but this order guide is showing the V8s are still available to order. That is what I was asking about. I know it's the C205 as there is no C206 C Coupe/Cabrio. I'm aware of Mercedes' practices of holding over an old bodystyle when a new one appears, my CLK was one such model.

Part of it probably has to do with the stopped production they were supposed to have in 22 due to the V8 ban
