2023 C63S Coupes / Cabs, Anyone Get One Built Yet?
The order guides for the final 2023 run of the C63s coupes several months ago. I got my name on the list for one at my dealer, however that was 3-4 months ago and there hasn't been any update since. Has anyone gotten their build started yet? I'm guessing we won't be seeing these get built until summer, but I've seen some other 2023 V8 models trickle through at my MB dealership so I'm wondering what the hold-up is on the C63s.

From what I gather it seems production for the final year and final editions C63 and E63 appear to be ending in March. I guess that lines up with the above. I think it was always gonna be a short production run. OP, do you have a PO#? Otherwise there is no actual order.

I'm about to place an order of 2023 C63s Cab.. Initially wanted to order a Final Edition but SA can't guarantee the allocation and pricing yet. So the regular C63s I'm about to order is expected June-ish delivery.
In removebeforerace C63s Final Edition review on YouTube, he mentioned the exhaust sound is definitely changed as pre-facelift. I have no idea if this upgrade applies to the Final Edition ONLY or to ALL 2023 model.

That's what they're projecting. I put a deposit down but I will have to see if the allocation really comes through in next few weeks.

The AMG PL team just confirmed that the E63 production has ended. Not sure what that spells for the C63S coupe production, but both had a Final Edition and one is definitely done now. The link takes you to the current models, and the C63S coupe as well as the E63S are no longer listed.

I found an out of state 2023 C63S coupe in magno graphite gray that has an April delivery date, it’s still not claimed. I’m debating if it makes sense to swap mine, of course I’d be taking a pretty substantial hit ($25-30k) but this one is fully loaded w/red pepper interior, less ceramic brakes. Dealer is willing to let it go @$104k MSRP. If it were in diamond white, I’d probably pull the trigger 🙂

So my sales rep emailed me today, they're getting one allocation for the final edition, it's due in sometime in April/May. I have first dibs on it. However, I don't think I can justify spending the $36.3k premium for a few catchy accent features and no performance upgrades (not even the $5-6k ceramic brakes option?).
They just got word of this allocation today, she did say there's a possibility they could get another allocation for a regular C63s so we shall see.

Would you mind sharing what dealer if you don’t take it? I’ve been looking for one.

Unless my dealer comes through with another regular C63S allocation, I’ve decided that I’m going to pass on both the ‘23 magno graphite gray (which is pretty much fully spec’d less ceramic brakes) as well as the final edition that I had first dibs on.
The trade for my ‘21 would be to big of a financial hit, especially considering graphite isn’t my first color choice. I’m going to keep my magno diamond white coupe, maybe get the aero package installed along with some other tasteful mods and enjoy it for at least the next 4.5 years that it’ll be under full warranty.

At $140k MSRP I might pull the trigger if there were no other new C63’s to choose from or if I didn’t already own one but $180k+ is GT-R territory and just flat out ridiculous.
