2020 C63 collision detect
Hey Everyone,
The past two months, I got two notifications that there was a collision on my parked C63, but when I came out to check, there was no damage. Is there a bug on the app? I dont want this to keep happening, honestly ruins my week!!! If anyone has a similar issue or knows how to resolve, please reach out. Would be greatly appreciated!

There have been several reports of false positives with the collision warning feature. I don't have this on my 2019. It was added for the 2020. There are sensors in the car that detect any kind of impact. Could be a person bumping up against the car, or another car kissing your bumper while parking, or possibly even the vibrations from a semi passing by. But w/o a camera recording the incident so you can review what actually happened I think it's more nerve-racking than anything.
