C63 Boost/Turbo Issues
I have a 2017 C63 Coupe and I have found the following faults, the so called ByPass valve is not activated and cylinder 6 has a misfire.
Plugs and ignition coils were renewed and the error is still there. What is this error code P00C400? Has anyone had any experience with this?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. In the attachment I have the log data, maybe someone can do something with it.
Best regards
Christian

Also you may have luck searching for a variation of the code you’ve posted in a different format - try P0400 and you’ll see it relates to the EGR.
You might get a better set of codes out of Xentry?

My mechanic said : Yes, P13C287 indicates that the exhaust damper is stuck, it can cause backpressure and trigger the other error along with the misfire. If you have fixed this error and P00C400 still shows, you need to check the bypass damper 2; the error also indicates that it has a mechanical defect, so it does not move properly. If it is stuck or broken, you will have to replace it.
The P00C400 should be related to the P13C287. But it is not shown in the diagnostics.
Have you been able to scan the car with Xentry?
If your mechanic and you are both drawing a blank, is there another specialist you can use to try and resolve the issue? You could try eliminating things like the aftermarket BOVs by removing them and going from there...... if you're stuck then try and boil it down using a process of elimination

I've decided to reprogram my car's pop and bangs back to the stock settings. It seems that the previous setup was a bit too aggressive for my taste.
