2019 AMG C63s Coupe

Weird popping and crackles on 2019 c63s when tuned

Hello,

Can you guys watch the video with the link I put and skip to 2:30 and tell me why this car pops like this? The car it catless and tuned.

I noticed it only happens on 2019 cars when tuned and that this car happens to be a 2019.

Anyone know if there are any differences between 2019 and 2020 models?

And please only knowledgeable answers.

Like Jim said the tuner added his own crackle map - which sounds shiet.

Stock AMG pops/bangs is always the way to go.... added crackle maps are fu*kn sad

Haha I agree. I feel that the prefacelift cracks and pops were the best IMO. Looking for a tuner who can replicate them on facelift cars.

so just to clarify it’s not an issue with 2019 cars?

Nope absolutely not! Stock facelift cars sound very nice from outside and don't have exaggerated burbles or shiet like that.

2019 AMG C63s Coupe

I got one, but the issue was it sounded like the one in the video and made the car jerk. Like it was forcing the pops. Ended up just removing the burbles.
