Best Tires for C63S (So Cal)

My apologies as this has been asked many times, but I just want to make the right decision once and for all. Bought a used '23 Coupe that had FALKEN AZENI FK510s on already, with the following sizes:
255/35 R19 / 285/30 R20
I've already replaced the rears and balanced my wheels, but I am surprised at how quick these tires are losing tread. Completely understand the trade offs that come with spirited driving this car, but to lose that amount of tread in 5-7k miles is a bit hard to believe.

Overall good performance, I know damn well no tires will be able to catch the spin of this car when launching, these tires did a solid job, but would have to ease into your launch to ever have no spin. Lots of urban city traveling, and while you feel bumps/pavement, the sound is doable.
I haven't had the chance to test different set ups on this car, I prefer a balance between performance and longevity, so any suggestions would help.
Thank you for your time.

For starters, if you are looking for longevity of tires, this is the wrong car. Expect about 8k miles in the front (the aggressive camber eats the inner edge of the tires) and about 12k from the rears. Brakes is the other thing that goes fast on these. I swear by the PS4S. Specifically the BMW Star variant. They are available in the 255 and 285 size for our cars. They seem to last longer than the regular PS4S, too. I've had them on mine for the last 2 years, but I only drive about 4000 miles annually. The fronts would normally be worn by now. I'm in NorCal.

I replaced all my Michelin PS4S because they needed to be changed and getting a new set of tires brings live back to the car.
the complete set of these summer Michelin PS4 BMW Star are
are great tires and good reviews. Last week unfortunately had to changed to the Mitchlin Alpin winters tires (NYC area). Till end of march or so

I purchased these tires from Tire Rack and were delivered to the Tire Center in a day or 2. See photos.

My car 2019 C63s stagger wheel set up.

+1 to that. I just put a new set on last month and I go with the 4S because we do get some winter weather here in DC but if I was you in Cali I would go with the SS.

Like one reply said, the camber on these cars tends to eat front end tires fast (I had one set down to belts showing and didn't even realize it until we had the car up on the lift).

No snow tires in DC area..? I live in NYC Area and my only car so early December need to swap to winter for snowing and below 40 degree temperstures.

This is what I have on:

You are talking about wintertires 🤷🏼‍♂️

Yes. But ordered this set in October as from my experience this size 19/20 sells out fast. I just checked the main tire company in US that being Tire Rack and both front 19 and rear 20 are no longer available. The MB DEALERSHIP may have access to them through their inventory.

19/20 is not common, usually 19 OEM winterwheel.
I checked also 3 of the biggest tire shops … no change no michelin no continental no pirelli in 19/20 combination.

This is what I have on:

We dont' get enough snow in DC really for me to go with winter tires. When I lived in Westchester and did the 684 commute from CT every day, I had winter tires, but DC, not really needed. As for OP, he's in cali so he definitely doesn't need winter treads, I would go with summer tires in Cali environment
