JRock. I have a few San Lortano Oval's that have been on hold in the humi. I'm going rock one this weekend and report back!

George.. I had to read that twice.. you purchased some Oval's for your "bedside" humi and everyone keeps taking them... I hope only the wifey! LOL.
You are correct lol. I have 2 humidors. One is bedside that holds 100 cigars. The other is a standing one in the office that holds about 100 as well. My home is like a open house with family and friends and I have a family member who will smoke the San Lortano Oval's all day and twice on a Sunday. I have yet to try one

Ended up enjoying a Cohiba Black this evening. Sat out by the pool with sparkling water and a fruit platter and smoked this. It was in my humidor for a while now and I figure I have not touched a Cohiba products in a long time now. Any smokers?-5555555.bmp

C280, get on it, you'll thank me later!

The San Lotano is a great smoke. Kind of a funky shape since it really is 'oval', but that makes it easier to hold between your teeth or lips, whichever method you prefer. I used a bullet punch since I think this shape lends itself well to this type of cut. I'm going to pick up a box for my humi.

Thumbs up

I ended up stashing away a San Lortano Oval for myself. I will be enjoying it on the golf course later today after work(Took this pic early this morning) This will be my first one so I will let everyone know my review on it.

nice- seems like people here have taste. I've been going with Gurkha offerings the last few months. Dig the shaggy ones

Combination of incoming new/restock cigars and stash that was getting aged...getting switched to an additional humidor at my office. Why? Because this is the current state of my office humidor...

New stuff...

San Lotano Oval Maduro first smoke

Any smokers?-555555555555555.bmp
Well I ended up getting one for myself finally! Worth its weight in GOLD! This cigar is fantastic and I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a good smoke at a great price! Played 9 holes of golf tonight. The oval shape makes it perfect to get a good strong draw. The flavor is very good and it is a very smooth tasting cigar. This stick is very tight and well wrapped. I would say a solid 9.0/10! Another fantastic smoke from AJ Fernandez

I had one of those days today. Couldn't wait to just get home and chill a bit.
Keeping with the San Lotano Oval theme.. Huge amounts of smoke. Started it with a Newcastle. Good stick.

Ended with a bourbon. Ever try this Jon? Different but good

Well here was my evening last night...

Four Kicks and Mac 21 to start out with...pretty good cigar...even burn...white/grey ash...tons of smoke...more medium to not quite full (at least for me)...

Bone-in ribeye with lump crab topping @ Hard Rock in Tampa...

Then after dinner...the NEW Padron No. 4 (6x60)...similar blend to the Smoke Inn version. I had #15 Maduro and 15# come in Tuesday from Smoke Inn...this is the first chance I had to smoke it. DAMN!!!! Smooth and FULL...it is so smooth that the strength creeps up on you...plus the Mac 21 was a contributor to my blissful haze.

PS Guess what came from one of my local on-line vendors I use...I'm still expecting 5-6 more boxes from Jim, though...I think I'll be set for awhile...
