Is there an '01 CL600 ECU Reset Procedure

I promise, I searched before posting, but found squat. I had my ECU replaced a while back, and don't think the transmission has acted right since (hard, oddly timed shifts, @ mid throttle). Can I reset, or do I need to have it reset by a tech?

Any other thoughts on the wierd transmission activities? 39K miles.

Thanks for the help.

2003 CL600
My tranny is acting up too and a reputable independant shop said the ECU needs to be flashed. They quoted me ~$150 to reflash the ECU. Apparently EVERYTHING is controlled electronically. I thought my tranny was screwed up, but they said it wasnt the tranny.

The symptoms I have are mistimed shifts, what feels like a slipping tranny then grabs the gear, and wierd downshifts.

BTW, my car is a 2003 CL600.
