Are you referring to brake rotors?

take the wheel off
use a little shape like pin size of a toothpick
and knock out the pin and slid out the pad
then after use a 18mm socket and removed the pad housing
use a zip tie and hang it somewhere
after that use a allen wrench and removed the little nut
that hold the rotors spray some wd40 and rotor are out
your done
make sure you have a 12 pk beer
