Gas Hog

I have an 03 CL600 V12 biturbo. I have had the car for several years now and love it! The car is stock except for K&N air fliters and 20 inch HRE wheels. Does anyone know how many V12 biturbos they made in 2003?

Just curious given "Gas Hog", when driving around town only, what kind of gas mileage are you getting on CL600?

On the freeway I can get close to 20. In town not so good. My lead foot does not help. I have a 620 HP supercharged Z06 Corvette that gets much better gas mileage. I have gotten 30 miles per gallon on the freeway. Again, if you get into it, it drinks!

I've read that production numbers for '03 to be at 500 units world wide. Pretty rare whip...not as rare as the 65 AMG, I think there's only like 180 of those for 05-06.

Thank you for the data. I know with my Corvettes I can look up how many they made and also what options came with the car (Corvette Black Book). Is there a place to look up the options my car has with the codes listed in the engine compartment?

Too bad they all got ordered mostly with standard interior colors then. Not too many running around with anything other than charcoal/burl.
