Did you replace a strut, on what basis? You do not need ABC reprograming for the strut but I think you need to get a "Rodeo" done to bleed the system.
Do you have any warnings, messages in dash when you startup the car?
Your problem sounds more like a faulty valve block and/or ABC pump to me, get it checked by the dealer or a mechanic that really knows this Mercedes...(I would go to the dealer)

My CL600 had the dropping issue for months on the right front side. Had the shop do the Rodeo. Nothing. My system was and is in fine condition without leaks anywhere.
One morning to I look at the car, she did not drop and has not dropped since?!
I was also told I needed a strut? Obviously not.
We think that there was dirt in the system and it has since blown out and no longer causes the strut not to hold pressure.
As long as your car comes up when driving, keep driving and she may fix herself?!

my advice to you would be to find a good "indy" mechanic who knows these cars. IMO the mechanics at the dealership are not always the most knowledgeable. I've had my car to the MB dealer for minor repairs/scheduled maintenance & had to bring it back when they screwed it up.

Did the dealer connect the car the "Star" computer to check the error codes. I have never heard of a dealer saying they can't do anything, they often miss-diagnose problems but never just send you out with "we can't do anything, sorry"?

So when you push the raise button nothing happens?
Try disconnecting the battery for 24 hrs..

You should find a friendly knowledgable Mercedes shop that has the software to handle this car.
This won't be your last issue with the car!
You will get your car fixed and get a lot less stress.
My CL600 has a fine working system finally but the ABC warning light still comes on occasionally. Turning he car on and of dismisses the code until I stop and the same thing again.
My independent Mercedes shop will get the car again after the holidays and they promised to find what is causing the warning to come on. No fault to the system. Just an electrical issue somewhere.
