NEED HELP!!! ALL LOCKS (INCLUDING TRUNK) STOPPED WORKING!!!
I have a 2000 cl500 and out of nowhere all of my locks stopped working. The remote control and inside buttons dont work anymore, whether im unlocking the doors, popping the trunk, or the gas cap. I have to manually do everything and its very annoying. Has this happened to anyone else and if so is it a fuse or some sort of greater problem?? I appreciate any help anyone can give me about the situation. Thanks!

Eis = Ice I think he means the system is frozen . These things happen in very cold weather

ANYONE ELSE HAVE ANY IDEAS? A FUSE?
The weather where i live doesnt get that cold..im in the Bay Area....any other suggestions?

EIS-Electronic Ignition System/Switch....
When mine went last year none of my keys worked except for the mechanical key.
So irritating listening to the alarm everytime i used that key.
I had it towed to MB of Maplewood MN,they replaced the ignition switch,and i havent had that problem since.

But seriously, I don't think EIS has anything to do with your problem, sounds like the pneumatic pump has died or blown fuse

Sounds like the PSE pump or control system for it. Try pulling the 20A (orange, might be yellow) fuse under the rear passenger seat. If not, pull the battery.
