CL600 (2002) CD/Amp Issue

CL600 (2002) CD/Amp Issue
Bought this car and battery was draining. Other issue was ABC pump. ABC pump replaced and all is well there. Tech says CD changer had water issue from 3rd light seal gone bad. 3rd light replaced. Tech says Amp is fried. No radio, no CD. Other aspects of display seem to be present. Gives a station read but no sound. New amp from dealer is $2400. Alternatives are in order. Anyone with same experience and solutions? Thanks

CD Play in Navi? Non-functioning door locks.
Thanks- Ordered used amp on eBay for $300. CD and Amp had been submerged in water. Not too interested in a changer. Will the Navi play a cd? Not too interested in the Navi function since my Droid X has a better voice activated navigation system app and is always up-to-date. ABC works very well now. Door and trunk locks do not work with fob. Trunk door-mount switch is dead.

Yes, Navi has a single CD player. You can also get a Dension iPod connector to replace the CD changer.
Are you saying the door and trunk won't work with the keyless go card, or you mean with the key fob?

Key fob. Have to use the metal insert key to operate the locks. The electronic locks are not working. Fob does arm the alarm and flashes the lights. Do you know if locks are vacuum or electric? Thanks

Believe vacuum. The PSE is in the trunk near the amp. That might be shot, or having the amp out might be cutting the fiber signal to the PSE. That could be affecting it. Does the door soft close or pneumatic seats (lumbar support, side bolsters) work?

PSE?
What is the PSE, is it the small box with optical and vga connectors? I have plugged and unplugged it. Put in new (used) amp and CD players. No power to either. Radio works, but no sound. Door locks do not work but soft close (windows crack open) does work. Trunk close/open & power lock does not work. Now ABS, ESP on as well as tire pressure monitor.

Amp fuses?
PSE is pumping, at least it makes noises. AMP and CD changer are not getting power. Anyone know which fuses are in the circuits for them? Thanks

Had put another amp and cd changer in loops. Nothing. then read where someone said to check the voltage at amp. Did that. Good voltage. Checked CD, nothing. Hunch that previous owner had taken cd changer out of the loop to put in iPod or some such which requires disconnect behind radio. I just took the CD fiber connector out of the CD and plugged it into the telephone (voice) box, and presto bingo- sound! I have only 2 fiber connectors in trunk, whereas there are three receptacles, Amp, CD, and Voice. I think number 3 was patched out since there is a splice. So, now I have a CD changer for sale.
