Camber Kit for 2000-2006 CL?

Camber Kit for 2000-2006 CL?

Just ordered a new set of Pirelli Pzero Neros. I have had the car lowered (links) for years now I am just now figuring out that I average only 15,000 miles on a set of tires. Since they are wearing only on the inside of the tire, I'm thinking it may finally be time to look into straightening out that camber once and for all. Has anyone had and then dealt with this issue? I could always raise the car back up but I'd love to keep it down. Thanks in advance.

Check out the K-mac. If you go with it, let us know how hard/easy it is to install

i think i would like to purchase a camber kit as well, i eat rears like there is no tomorrow. about 4 to 5k miles at most.... expensive to say the least.

Alright I may try that (If I keep the car - - - I keep going back and forth on selling it for a four door (E63 or '05-'06 S65)). I hope the fat tires I've somehow shoehorned under my rear fenders still fit after I tilt them back to straight. Am I wrong here or does that website incorrectly call our car "211(CL)" instead of "215(CL)"? They have 215 listed as an E class.

your running 285's or 295's if i remember correctly, right? With my drop when i ran 285's my tires would rub on bumps, and there was an instance when i have a full load with 4 people including myself that had the tires rubbing in the rear so much so that it burnt the paint right on the line of the wheel well then actually cracked my rear quarter panel about 2cm's by the time i noticed the smoke coming from the rear of the car.... lol since then i have reduced the size to 275's or 265's since i change them every 2 months i get to play with a lot of options. and personal opinion.... your CL is way nicer than then the other 2 cars you are contemplating of swapping it out for. Unless you are in need of more room for other reasons.

I've also noticed they called CL W211. I've known a member with his wheels tug under the fender on a W208 and he recommended K-mac.

Why don't you try 295/30 after you install the K-mac. Let us know how it goes if you decided to go thru.

OK, we'll see. If I keep her I am definitely fixing the camber one way or another, and if I do, I will report back. I would like to have the four door car though, and there is a guy here in town who has been asking about my car for years now, so it could be an easy sell for me to switch out for the two extra doors. I honestly have no idea how I am doing 305s for so long and with basically no rubbing. It used to rub occasionally, but hardly ever anymore. I don't even want to recommend them because it seems like everyone else but me has rubbing issues even with thinner tires.
