Power steering and suspension pump
Can anyone give me a recommendation on where I can get this part lower than $1300.00? My pump has apparently gone out and I guess mercedes is the only place to get a replacement, I'm being told.

Do some research. The dual purpose pump that you're talking about is referred to as the ABC pump. You can find used units online, re manufactured units and also brand new units. Personally I'd think eBay would be the best bet

I just replaced mine and from what I have found out you DO NOT want to purchase a refurnished part. This part should be purchased new. Also be sure to contact Mercedes USA and see if they will replace it for free. The issue with the ABC matter is that it was flawed (very flawed) when they made the car and they knew it. Hopefully this helps, it cost me close to $3000 (w/extended warranty $500 out of my pocket).
