Again problems with ABC-Successfully solved

Hy guys, as some of you know, some time ago I cleaned the front valve block
https://mbworld.org/forums/cl-class-...ork-again.html
because the car used to go down five minutes after having stopped the car. Ever since, the car went down every three days. Today, when I was about to leave with the car a message from the ABC appeared, , I tried to leave the car by pushing the button on board nothing happened. I turned off the car and turned it on again but the message was still there. I got off the car and pushed the front part of the car and noticed that the suspension was very soft. I pushed the front part of the car many times and eventually, when I turned the car on the message disappeared and everything was ok. I noticed though that a little hydraulic oil was pouring from the tank. I always maintain the level of oil where the control bar mark is, so there was not too much oil. After all this, I noticed that when I push the button the car raises more slowly than before. Besides, now a sound can be heard, like a kind of whistle. I don’t know if this sound has anything to do with the ABC problem or if its due to the exhaust pipes. The sound gets louder when I accelerate the car and it’s annoying. I would appreciate any whelp with the problem.
Regards from Madrid

Hi, if the membrane of the damber is broken I only have to change the spere, haven't I? Is there any problem if I drive the car on short distances with the damper broken?
Thanks.

No, there is no any leak, the level is normal, previosly to the whistle the ABC message appeared and I noticed the car didn't rise up, then I cheked the hidraulic liquid deposit and I saw it was the liquid was overflowing where the lid is , after I turned off the car and turned on again the car raised as usually but the whistle is still there at low revolutions, at 1000 rpm is really annoying

If the diaphragm broke, you may have debris in the system.

The overflowing of your fluid may have been due to the nitrogen induced into the system and burping occurred as designed.

You should be ok driving but I would recommend replacement and a fluid flush soon.

ABC problems

Sounds like you've gotten good advice. My experience sounds similar to yours. I'd have to pump it up after 30 mins or so after parking. one day I had fluid coming out of my tank top and it wouldn't pump up until more fluid was put in.
I ended up changing the 3 nitrous filled bulbs (not too difficult, but there may be pressure in system so be careful when removing them) and replacing the pump itself. that was a little tricky but possible. when I started the car the pump wouldn't prime so I used LOW air pressure in the fill tank and that was enough to get the system started. My friend did the Rodeo test to make sure there was no air present in the lines. I haven't had any problems since then with ABC sys.
Good luck.

Hi Chrismctech, I'm not familiar with that code. If you haven't already you might want to post a new topic to reach the others out there that may have some knowledge of the code. Right now i think I'm the only one seeing it. Good luck.

Any hints or tips on how to replace the accumulator? Anything I need to watch out for?

Thanks for a quick reply.

Can I assume the same for the other accumulator, the one on front driver side?
