Keyless go not working

Keyless go not working
I just got a CL65 and my keyless go isnt working. I cant lock the vehicle with the handles and I cant open doors or start vehicle. Anyone know where to start. Is there a different key? Or how can I tell I have a keyless go key vs a smart key.

2006 uses keys as the Keyless Go authentication device, not the card which was discontinued in 2004.
I would start by making sure your key's are correct then go from there.

You need to have your dealer reference the part # to make sure it is a Keyless go key.
If it is, you need them to read the Keyless go system and see if those keys are even encoded for it.
If the key is indeed the correct key and is encoded correctly, there is another hardware issue in the system that needs to be diagnosed.
This isn't something you can do without the workshop computer.
