MLC-CL600

2003 cl 600 with 9ok miles on it.. starts and runs but seems like it has no boost or enuff fuel, I think I smell a gas odor...check engine light came on for the first time in 2 years today.. the wife ran out of gas a week ago, could this trash the fuel pump???? running slightly ruff at idle..

I would get an OBD2 code reader and see what causes the engine light.

Does it feel strangled ALL the time?

Does it it run rough sometimes?
