This is takin from a old thread. I reset mine granted i didnt have the sam error you have but it did fix the issue.

I used these for my 2004 S430 4MATIC sedan. Good reference. Hope this helps!

W220 S430 AC / Heating control error codes and how to reset

1) Set the car in park and turn on the engine, hold the rest and particle filter buttons down together for about 5 seconds (The screen will show searching)
2) This screen gives you the fault codes. If you're curious, scroll up and down to see them using the temp up and down switch.
3) Pop out the left auto vent button and right auto vent button.
4) Now press the the left button in, and then the right one. The system will reset.
5) Turn the car off, wait a minute, then turn it back on again. If you don't have any further problems, the light should stay off. (If it comes back on again, you have more things to do)

Some of the possible error codes:

B1000 Control unit N22 (AAC pushbutton module) is defective.

Thanks for the reply. I had gone through that procedure once before, but I failed to turn the engine off. Thanks to you, the light is now off. I'm thinking that the control panel has some problems.

Living in south Texas, I rarely ever use the windshield defogger. It seems that the last two times I had this problem, it came on the heals of having used the defogger. Just an observation. Do you have a take on that?

Regards...Walt

Does replacing the climate control unit have to be "coded" by a star machine if you replace it with a used (or new) one?

Blower not working and have replaced resistor and motor with new.. still no luck..

Secret buttons to reset Aircon code

Hello to Bikvip. I followed your suggested method to reset AirCon OFF stuck on problem. Previously I had to pay a service agent to clear. It worked perfectly.

Question- are there other Secret Button combinations for clearing other fault codes that you know of?

Thanks for sharing if you do.

Jokunta
