My passenger side rear window not working

I just bought a 2001 CL600 with minor issues.
1. My passenger rear window won't go up or down
2. Driver rear window keeps creeping down every time I open and close my door.
Has anyone had these issues? Needs some help =[

1. Need to see if motor is getting power, could be window motor or the rear window module, I have replaced both on numerous occasions.

2. Sounds like a window regulator, does it grind going up or down?

Yeah, it's been a few months since I pulled one but I want to say there is a release tab towards the outer side of the front of cushion, push it up and pull the cushion straight up.

Unscrew the motor and pull it off. See if motor turns by itself. With the motor out you can move the window up and down by hand as long as regulator is good. if it's stuck you need a regulator

Okay thank you. Do you know of any step by step instructions to do this. I'm new to this car I just don't want to break anything if I am going to do it myself.

The back seat lifts out, can't recall the clips and screws off the top of my head, won't be in shop until after weekend but I'm sure there is a video on youtube somewhere

Well I found out that I was way overcharged for the part. I got a used part for $64.78 I immediately returned the part with no hitch just have to wait for it to ship but worth the wait.

Even better, so long as it works. Worth the gamble at that price though.

Well no go even though I saved money with the part I still have the same issue after I replaced the rear window regulator. I can hear the window trying to go down, just seems like it's jammed. And my driver's side still stays down even after I close it. Looks like I'm going to need to bring it in a shop.

wait, what? I thought you took it to the dealer? You replaced the regulator or the module under rear passenger seat?

I changed the rear window regulator underneath the passenger seat in the back. The black box that you showed me in the picture.
I did take it to the dealer and they said it was the same issue, the rear window regulator. They where going to charge me over a thousand dollars for parts and labor. Instead I bought a used part on line for $46.00 and it myself. The issue still remained with the rear passenger not going down and the driver rear window slightly going down every time I close my door.
Do you think I bought a bad rear window regulator?
