02 CL500 Footwell Lights
Hi there, I have an 02 CL500 & just noticed there's no light bulbs in the footwell light's sockets. When I popped the covers, I see the wire harnesses but no bulbs. The sockets also don't have the metal contacts to hold the bulbs in place & provide power to it. Am I missing something here? Please advise. Thanks.

Our CL's have the door lights pointing down to the ground when opened so it can be done like the Audi's but I'm not into that. Just wondering why both of my footwell light's sockets do not have the bulbs & there's no metal contacts to hold the bulbs & provide power to it. Perhaps they weren't installed when it was new as I don't think the previous owner would removed them. It also would be odds for MB to cheap out on something like that on a $100k car so I don't know that the make of it.
