What should I offer for this CL600?

I found a black '03 CL600 with Eurocharged ECU and TCU tunes, Yellowspeed coilover conversion, upgraded head unit, in good condition that runs and drives great with a clean/clear title (2 owner), with 199K miles. What would you guys suggest I offer for it?

Eurocharged ECU tune - $1,300
Eurocharged TCU tune - ?
Yellowspeed Coilover Conversion - $1,200

At the current with wheels 4200-$4500.
If you could find/have OEM wheels 5000-$6000 (maybe)
those miles will scare off a handful of buyers.

There are many choices for DAS/Xentry Diagnostics for MB.
Ensure you have the right information before getting one. There is too much misleading info.

How well did you go over it? What is coming up that needs to be replaced? When was it serviced last? How are the tires? This are some high miles on a REALLY expensive car when it was new. Could be a money pit, (like boats). GL to ya!

With coilovers it should be reliable. That's really the only thing that gave me trouble on my CL600. The engine is absolutely rock solid.

Thanks for the responses. The car has a few issues, but also a good deal of maintenance has been recently performed. It's not every day that a 600hp and 700tq (give or take) car pops up locally for $4,100. I'm very temped to buy it as a beater and if I didn't already have 3 cars (that I personally drive) I'd be all over it. I really do miss my old CL65, and to have similar power but without the problematic ABC could be a lot of fun.
