- Bank 1 Sensor 1 is the upstream (pre-cat) on the passenger side.
- Bank 1 Sensor 2 is the downstream (post cat) on the passenger side.
- Bank 2 Sensor 1 is on the upstream (pre-cat) on the driver side.
- Bank 2 Sensor 2 is the downstream (post cat) on the driver side.
so both upstreams or both downstreams, or all 4
Check engine light codes associated with a bad oxygen sensor.
Bank 1 Sensor 1 (Upstream) (pre-cat)- P0130 O2 Sensor Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
- P0131 O2 Sensor Circuit Low Voltage (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
- P0132 O2 Sensor Circuit High Voltage (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
- P0133 O2 Sensor Circuit Slow Response (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
- P0134 O2 Sensor Circuit No Activity Detected (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
- P0135 O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
- P2080 Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor Circuit Range/Performance (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
- P2081 Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor Circuit Intermittent (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
- P2031 Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor Circuit (Bank 1 Sensor 2)
- P2032 Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor Circuit Low (Bank 1 Sensor 2)
- P2033 Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor Circuit High (Bank 1 Sensor 2)
- P0136 O2 Sensor Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1 Sensor 2)
- P0137 O2 Sensor Circuit Low Voltage (Bank 1 Sensor 2)
- P0138 O2 Sensor Circuit High Voltage (Bank 1 Sensor 2)
- P0139 O2 Sensor Circuit Slow Response (Bank 1 Sensor 2)
- P0140 O2 Sensor Circuit No Activity Detected (Bank 1 Sensor 2)
- P0141 O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1 Sensor 2)
- P0150 O2 Sensor Circuit Malfunction (Bank 2 Sensor 1)
- P0151 O2 Sensor Circuit Low Voltage (Bank 2 Sensor 1)
- P0152 O2 Sensor Circuit High Voltage (Bank 2 Sensor 1)
- P0153 O2 Sensor Circuit Slow Response (Bank 2 Sensor 1)
- P0154 O2 Sensor Circuit No Activity Detected (Bank 2 Sensor 1)
- P0155 O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 2 Sensor 1)
- P0156 O2 Sensor Circuit Malfunction (Bank 2 Sensor 2)
- P0157 O2 Sensor Circuit Low Voltage (Bank 2 Sensor 2)
- P0158 O2 Sensor Circuit High Voltage (Bank 2 Sensor 2)
- P0159 O2 Sensor Circuit Slow Response (Bank 2 Sensor 2)
- P0160 O2 Sensor Circuit No Activity Detected (Bank 2 Sensor 2)
- P0161 O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 2 Sensor 2)
Thank you very much for your posted and answer in the PM. Yes, I got it all now, I will wait for the parts(O2 sensor) arrive and go with it. and YES I'm sure is cylinder 7-12 for sure I had to check the scanner much time and always came the same code PO300, P0307-P03012. Hopefully after install the new Voltage transformer that problem will be gone.
by the way when you said Voltage Transformer! is this the one (see picture). I will look into purchase one. At the moment I think I know where it is( you see it after taking the air filter out is the black box right in the middle I think I will double-check this.
once again thank you very much and I will post the result soon.

I'm looking to buy one with a good price but it seems impossible, it is so expensive, it ranges from 500US to 1200US( double it in AUD$) bloody hell.
for me to fix it is IMPOSSIBLE, so I'm still looking for a decent price on refurbishing one or something, As soon as I change it for sure I will contact you send it to you the broken one.
I'm not sure I can locate one in Australia or not for the time being, but if you have some contact or info to purchase with a fair price one please inform me I would much appreciate.
For the time being, the car run ok ( not to it real potential) but is a second car so I would have time to chase one around for a fair price.
I will keep you posted
thank again
