Need Part # of Hydraulic Hose Connected to Rear Accumulator

Hi there, the hydraulic hose connected to the rear accumulator on my 02 CL500 ruptured while I was driving today. Does anyone know the part # of this hose & is it easy to replace? Please advise. Thank you

Not easy work

I had the small first rubber hose part piece of that ABC system pressure line busted. If you try to get the whole line out, looks like back subframe needs to come out. After long consideration I got my Dremel tool and cut the pressed connector piece carefully on 2 places not touched the inside hardline. Take that piece out and put it on the vice and carefully cut the front side ,the connection piece same way. I got some pressure hose from a caterpillar store. And some connector pieces from internet, The front piece is easy to connect to the new hose while its on your hand. But the piece connects back to the car is trouble. I had to buy from Amazon a $700 tool and made an other 6 ft hose to its head, separate the head from machine and stick it under the car, adjust the connector piece in it and pressure it. It worked out. I had to take some holding pieces out for that 3 lines going under subframe too. After connection complete I put them together. I have a YouTube video about the press machine I used .
Maybe it helps, good luck.

I've found the part # for this hydraulic hose so for those of you that also need it, here it is: Genuine Mercedes 2209971082 or aftermarket Rein SCG0400.

I just replaced my rear hoses (as well as all the other ones). Subframe has to at least be dropped a bit. You don't have to take it all the way down, but you can get long bolts and just drop it a few inches. You really just need an inch or two.
Have to remove the calipers and driveshaft donut on the back. Driveshaft can stay in place. Just loosen the shocks, no need to remove them.

I have a post where I removed the whole subframe. Like said, its not needed, just get long bolts and drop it a bit.
I have read about people getting the hoses out without dropping the subframe, but I tried and tried, and it was just not possible. Couldn't do it.

I was going to replace the hose myself, however after jacking the car up & looking at the hose, the way it's routed, I've decided to let an Indy shop take care of it. They had to remove the rear flex disc & dropped the rear subframe & exhaust to get to it. They charged me $300 for the labor & another $250 for the rodeo. Thanks for letting me know anyway.

Not bad price at all. Its a lot of work. I forgot about the exhaust that also has to come down.
For all the work it took me, I would have charged at least double what they did.

Where is it rupture, just after the rear valve body? There are 3 short houses for rear shocks and the accumulator. Accumulator connects under side of valve body. These 3 hoses on the right side goes back and turn to left , very hard to reach. After that first turn. I recently worked on right side shock hose attachment to the valve body. Put a picture how I did, not a easy job.
Hose repair for ABC suspension without taking whole hydraulic line out.
