2002 cl500 correct PS fluid when doing conversion coilover
Ok so I’m alittle confused as to what PS fluid to use.
abc system has hydraulic fluid but when you remove the power steering pump with a s500 pump the s500 pump uses regular power steering fluid from Mercedes.
so my question is do I use the CHF111
or regular PS fluid.
what will happen to the rack impinion if you switch fluids
i have yellowspeed coilovers that came with the car and I hate them.
i have a RT front wheel hop at 60mph and have replaced every wearable on the front end except for the strut and the steering rack.
i even added the front sway bar from a s500 to see wheel shake would go away.
