Bad night at the strip
95 degrees at 8pm, results in a best of 13.3 at 105.4.
Best 60' was 2.03.
Pure street trim, no dyno mode, low tire pressure or high octane gas.
I was really expecting (hoping) to see 111 mph.
A new Z06 with exhaust and filters did an 11.9 at 122. The best value in sports cars today.

Wait.....this is an 03 with the blower, those numbers are what I run in my car almost to the nose. Id be a little miffed with 105's, does everything feel OK to you? I havent seen any numbers on any other CL55's stock, so its hard to compare, but I would think anything north of 110-112 would be healthy, but then again the 122mph on the Z06 seems a little low as well relative to the mods.

I think a diagnostic dyno is in order and then on to the dealer (a scary thought).

Yeah I remember you had a w210 a while back. Im sure you will get the bugs worked out, get that thing on a dyno to see if its making the power it should, another relatively cheap diagnostic tool. Did you launch with ESP on or off, on the W210's we launch with it OFF but the Kompressor cars it should be on for the best launch.
I personally am a little weary of the Kompressor AMG's inconsistencies in power. Please keep us in then loop. FYI I love the CL, it is my favorite benz. Good luck!!

Launched each time w/ ESP off.
On the street it seemed to slow things down.
Why I didn't try both ways ... I can't think of a good excuse.
I guess my mind was already made up ... that's a major error in Logic 101.
