I'm not certain that there is enough volume in the 215 AMG to justify a split.

I agree, and think if you check back through the forum history you will find extensive periods of minimal, if any postings. This isn't exactly the same size market as the E55/E63. Plus I'll miss the 215 vs 216 "discussions"; it probably accounts for 50% of the threads.

Ricky I dont think this forum needs to be split ... What is the main goal of splitting a forum? To reduce misdirection and traffic but there is not an issue here. See DFW01E55's post. Did Simon ok this?

You guys seem to be right. I went back about three months worth of threads in the rest of the forums (thank goodness I'm on break) and there isn't a lot of traffic nor does there seem like there will be a spike in traffic like the E55 forums experienced.

I'm sorry for the trouble guys, just trying to keep things cleaned up for the future so we don't run into another situation like the E-Class AMG forum.
