Way to go Jason, that's a fantastic run!

I would love to hear the chatter in the stands.

First off, Juicee55, please get rid of your sig. I spend a couple of minutes on every thread you've post on just staring. Its so ridiculously distracting

Those times are insane bro! What exactly did you have done to your car? Who tuned the ECU? Are these times faster than A cl600 renntech? I think theres a guy on here with an SL600 renntech that was low 11's. I wonder how your 2 cars compare. Congrats on being fastest in the US, thats some title! Sounds like you'll be pulling Z06es and SL65s now.

Thanks, yes my times are faster then a CL600 Renntech. The quickest/fastest 600 in the country was the Sl600 of Joe Curry, his best run was an 11.259 @ 125.66mph . I have beat his ET to now have the quickest 600 out there but he still has the fastest One thing to keep in mind is that all of these Renntech cars that have posted record times have the Renntech intake with green filters made just for them and they all make more HP then me but I have yet to dyno on race gas. The only mods to my car are an ECU/TCU tuned by AMG in Germany and drag radials.

The drag radials are available at tirerack but youll need an 18" rear wheel that you can get there also. The specifics of my launch i wont reveal.

Thats all I was thinking about yesterday was the filters/intake, lets chat later about this again.

How much does the CL weigh? Its heavier than the SL and E, right? I still can't get over these times in such a luxurious, comfortable, and elegant ride such as the CL class... Just too cool

Yes it is heavier then the E and the SL by a hair but a hair lighter then the S...all that aside i will put it on a scale once the scales open up at the track.

The 65's have been able to dip into the 10's.
I think that if you did a full exhaust (I know exhausts make big differences on turbos), increased intake airflow (airbox, filters, throttle body, etc), and reduced weight (remove spare tire, etc), there is a possibility that you could hit the 10's or come damn close. Either way, 11.2x is ridiculous for this type of car.

i wasn't saying that he couldn't get into the ten's, i'm just saying that it wouldn't be all motor because he has turbos, only n/a cars can be all motor because it only uses the motor for power when you have turbo, nos,or supercharger than you are not all motor

Nice, very true lol. That car is definitely not getting into the 10's with just the motor and no turbos lol. Lucky if its in the 13's.
