Hello everyone i'm new, I own a 02 CL 55 and currently I seem to be having some issues. The car lowers/ leans to the right every time I park and the drivers side low beam headlight flickers at night and sends a soft code on my display. I have replaced my ABC pump, right rear strut, calibrated the car, and I have had my system flushed for clogs in the valves of the hydrolic system plus had my alternator rebuilt for low current wattage being put out. Is there anyone who can give me any sound advise, because the dealership definately does'nt have a clue. I get tired of coming home from Iraq and finding my AMG dropped low to the ground.
Thanx, Charles

Thank-you
The only problem with that is the benz dealer here is so sorry that there is no comprimise with the General manager, i've traveled that route. At this point all I want hear is, we can fix your problem and this is what it's going to cost you. I will never allow a MB to go out of warranty ever again. I have even thought about buying the 04 E-55, but for some reason I feel that i'll get more looks from the problamatic CL 55. I also suffer from buying an AMG and never going back to a average benz.
Hey man thanks alot, A Ranger has to do what A Ranger has to do besides "We Do Bad Things To Bad People".
Ranger OUT!

Hey Charles
I had the same problem, 03 CL55 leaning to one side when idle for more than 15 minutes or parked for an extended period of time. What fixed mine was a replacement of both the front and rear valve block sensors located in the wheel wells which apparantly can get dirty and cause them to malfunction. This fixed my problem only after I brought the car in for service a 2nd time, as it is standard "money saving" proceedure for mercedes to first flush the hydrolic fluids and replace the filter and send you on your way hoping you wont return rather than look into more costly repairs to your car. Give it a shot if you still have this problem and let me know if it fixes.

Graflewja, you're right, for some reason I thought I was in the W220 forum.
Is ABC known to go out? We've only had minor (very minor) issues such as leaking after extended periods of time. Those have not been resolved by anyone I know; just nature of the system.

Yes, the ABC is very problemtic. Mine has been in the shop almost every month for the last 9 months due to ABC issues. I'm on my 3rd ABC pump in 6 mths. Not to mention, just about every hydraulic hose failed on the car and has been replaced.
