IMO, 030 are best wheels on any car today...![thumbs](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/thumbsup.gif)
And as a fanatic re: factory-spec R&D/produc, etc (if factory can't get it right, I have little faith in any one-off outfits using cust cars as guinea pigs/gerbils
), doubt any other 20" wheels will offer better compromise of weight/strength/optics vs AMG chassis engineering/ABC calibration....
Is funny that AMG US bungled CL65 w/those lame S65 wheels.....had to special-order a sport steering wheel (to avoid the codgerly std wood wheel)....and 65 sport steering wheel has same plastic airbag cover as 63's (no stitched-leather cover for the extra $50K)......and 65 has that damn tacky quilted leather crap (would pay for a $10K option to get rid of the codgerly/Bentleyesque/rapperesque quilt BS)....and 63 has the tacky plasticky-coarse-grained-leather crap....net, net, I (and 3 of my colleagues) passed on our ordered CL65s and are simply getting new CL63 030s again (we've exuberantly enjoyed out first batch for several mths now and like fresh new cars every 6mos or so
)....
AMG US certainly knows how to bungle interior trim/wheels on a fast-depreciating CL w/bloated inventories....and w/4 different SKUs (????).....thankfully, the MB/AMG guys in Germany engineered IMO the world's best overall driver's car today....

CL63 030 Blk/Blk
pp wheels
Also, I tried to buy them from MB. They want $14K just for those wheels.
They are the best wheels on the market and more than any other detail, make the car.
