Looking to buy W215 CL55 OR CL600

Looking to buy 2003 or newer CL55 or CL600 with Lorinser F1 body kit.
Mercedes CL W215 F1 Style Aero Kit by Lorinser. I'm only looking for cars with the Lorinser kit or a kit similar.

Huh? Why not simply buy one and THEN put the kit on yourself? It's not like there are a lot of these kits already available on the market (on cls). There was a white 2003 that sold about a year ago on bid4assets for around $80K (Over priced at the time IMHO)

Maybe because a car with the kit already on it is worth much less than a similar stock car, and can thus be bought for less?

yes but..... as you pointed out. They are not common AT ALL and therefore you could spend the rest of your days waiting...looking at autotrader....waiting....looking on eBay....waiting....waiting.....waiting...

Time is money, isn't it?

If one comes along tomorrow great... if it takes 6 months so be it. I have seen 2-3 on ebay the past 3 months the mileage was just to high.

Maybe those are the ONLY 3? The one I knew about was white. Sold on Bid4assets. Drug dealer confiscation if I remember correctly. Good luck

Here's the original MB thread as well as the b4A link to the actual auction.

I found this one the other day...mileage is low...price is way too steep.

I would rather buy one at a great price and then mod it afterwards. I guess I just like being in control of each detail. You never know what someone has done to the car if it's used. Just my thoughts.

I always believe that you should buy the best car that you can afford. Often the cheapest is false economy, as there are generally stories and problems associated with them.

Would also consider a stock low mile 2005 CL65 for the right price low/mid 60's.
