I am in the market for a white one, but I might as well start searching for a needle in a haystack if i want this. So stay strong, and make firm offers. All these cars are going for no more than 55-59K in the auction!

I could tag an aftermarket warranty straight from MB for another 2K for a year..

Use an apostrophe and an s, however, if an s alone could be confusing.
Confusing: ss
Better: s’s
Also use ’s to form the plural of an abbreviation that is punctuated with more than one period.

As for that CL65, I don't think mileage in the 40s is really all that high--Most of the depreciation has happened already, so unless something major goes, it seems to me like it is a good deal. The question though, is how likely is something major to go? I searched around on this once and even posted in regard to that $70k engine, but could not get much data.

I can tell you that when I was looking for my CL65, I came across a few that were in total crap condition. Many of these high mileage cars have paint work, interior rattles, and have been driven real hard. All I say is be careful, and inspect the car yourself. Also, make sure the aftermarket warranty is flawless. There are some good ones out there but also some real bad ones. No matter what, get an aftermarket warranty when you find the car you like and enjoy it. It is way more comfortable then your old E55.

I can vouch for france2112's car if anyone is looking for a CL65!

I nearly purchased a black CL65 from them earlier this year. Not enough room in the back seat for two children, much less three, so I moved up to the S-Class. If the color of the above car is to your liking, it appears to be a pretty good deal.
