2003 cl55

03 cl55 intercooler pump price

Hello everyone i need a little help here.I have a 03 cl55 of course i am having the same problems as everyone else with loosing power after and during hard accelerations. so I am going to have the intercooler pump replaced.

I am in the Raleigh NC area.
How much should I be looking to pay to have it replaced at the MB dealer?
I dont wanna get raped. So i am asking for your help.

Does anyone know of a local shop around Raleigh NC that is trust worthy?

E55 then E63, now back to an E55

Buy a Johnson one for $130 dollars from LET motorsports, and pay someone about 1.5 hours to install......

Did u have the pump replaced?? Did it help with your problem? I've got the SAMMME problem! What a suprise!!! :O)

Most cars that we tune that are down on power, usually have a failed IC pump. That is always the first place that we suggest looking.

I just had mine replaced... Found a renntech pump on ebay for 175 bucks. ENORMOUS difference in how the car runs and drives now. No problem with loss of power or the S/C cutting out altogether. Johnson pump from LET is a great pump too. Not hard to replace on the car. Bumper doesn't even have to come off!!
