Yes, I do but anyone purchasing a car at an auction other than a dealer is illegal. The dealer can get his license taken away. Bad idea.

I don't understand how it is illegal if the dealer is actually purchasing the car, then selling it to you

I possibly read more into the OP's question than what was intended. My understanding was that he was asking to purchase a car directly from an auction so that he could purchase the car directly and not go through a dealer. My mistake if that was not what was implied.
