Quickest CL 55`s in the country?

What are the times of the quickest Cl 55`s in the country? 1/4 mile times just for clarification?

Ps, I have seen the two or so listed on Drag times but there has to be more and quicker CL 55`s..

My friend Spiro Pappas ran 11.89@118.55 with his 03 CL55 back in 2005. I can find the slip and post it up. BFG DR's and a 1.76 60' time.

Well thanks Exotic, until your post I was living in unchallenged bliss.

Marko, are you going from memory? That trap doesn't seem to match well with the ET and 60'.

I ran a 12.13 at 114.88 with a 1.86 60' on street tires.
Almost 4mph to Spiro should make a bigger difference in ET, no?

I hope the cool air of fall in Texas yields a better trap than 114.88.

He did say it was taking a long time to shift, but then again he's used to a TH400 or glide.
I am going from memory and I may be off a few hundredths, but the MPH is 100% spot on as that's what I was most impressed with. He made 6 or 7 passes and the mph was from 117.75- 118.75 every single time. the ET's were all from 11.89- 12.05. The 60' times were from 1.76 to 1.80. Search his name on youtube, you'll see his other car that's a bit faster.

LOL, unchallenged bliss? That is good. We cant`t have that.. You are safe for now, as it is suppressively hot and I am just getting all my parts together.. Of course eating a few vetts along the way.. My favorite food!

Marko, did your friend post on this forum? What is his forum name? What mods did he have? Was he using other power adders? How can we get better verification ? I searched his name on you tube and only a 69 camaro vid matching that name..

IMO,,,DFWO1E55 still would have to be the quickest so far..
