06 CLS55 AMG & 08 CL65 Mystic White
With that being said, I think the only CL minus will be the road feel and "me" missing some of the punchy V8 supercharger handling. It's nice to have the best of both worlds 55/65, I am blessed to have both options in the garage.
Oh yea, and before I forget. It's going to take some getting used to the paddle shifters being the only option for manual shifting. In the cls I would rely on the stick for manual up/down shifts. I feel the paddle shifts have lag in the CLS?!?

Congrats. That is absolutely beautiful!!! I am salivating thinking about the possibility of mine in a few months. As far as I know it will be white with beige interior. Keep us posted as I will be living vicariously thru you until I can get my own. I too am keeping my other AMG so will be very interested in your side by side comparisons when you are able to finally get on it!!! Enjoy

Break that thing in right!!! Push the RPM's up and down the range to stretch the seals but dont let it sit in the high range for long periods of time. I did that with my 65- hard break in for the win!!!!

I'm debating between another W215 CL65 or a 2008 W216 (haven't driven one yet) .....
Or maybe going off the deep end and going for the SL65 Black series that I can't stop thinking about. ;-)
