IC pump !!
Drop off my 03 cl55 yesterday at the dealer.. told them she was not running strong !! so they called me back today told me the secondary pump is no good.. my question is the secondary pump the same as the intercooler pump ??? thanks

Secondary pump? I've never heard of a secondary pump. But they should be more specific in telling you exactly what pump has to be replaced. Be sure to ask them if the secondary pump refers to the IC pump. Most likely it does but just ask to be sure.

yes ic pump. If not working, IAT will rise and cut boost=no powa.

got my car back !!! she feels so strong !! secondary pump is aka ic pump at the dealer... they replace the pump and sc pulley !! she is running like new again..

I just replaced mine last week, and it makes a huge difference. Fortunately it is an easy job and only took me about an hour.

the extended warranty pay for it.. i just had to pay for the belt !! so it turn out perfect... they did a great job at pompano mercedes in florida

badass--- the dealer did it.. so not so sure what pump they gave me

shardul-- they said the pulley was making alot of noise and coming apart... not sure what that means
