clean carfax. car is 1500miles away so it is tough for me to inspect myself

Pictures are just not clear enough to ever truly rule out or rule in an accident IMO in situations like this. I would gGet someone here on the boards to go and touch the car if possible.

Yeah its hard to say. I had my bumper off and I put it on in record time to make it to the bar in time. I notices I didnt do the best job and its slightly off. It was nothing some minor adjustment didnt fix.

gap between hood and headlights means nothing. different cars have rubber "buttons" on which the hood rests screwed in at different heights.
gaps on both sides of the front fenders and hood look equal.
you cant tell from a pic (unless something majorly wrong like badges at wrong places) if the car has been in an accident.

At simple vision would be tough to say, but will agree with others best way to do this is just take it to get inspected or pay someone to go check it out physically at the location.

The car appears to have gone thru reconditioning. No bumper can survive on street parking for a couple of years without dings. It leads me to believe that other parts of the car have been touched up.
Your dealer is a pro in re-sale. Do not under estimate the skills of the reconditoning process. Put it up on the rack and check to see the wear on the body nuts/bolts/screws from the wrenches. Besides the paint meter, check all body metal with a magnet for bondo reparis. In addition, run the VIN at MB to check the service history and if your lucky, you can get the previous owner's location, etc.
For added assurance, purchase a extended warranty.
