2011 CL 63 and gas guzzler tax???

19 MB G63, '18 RR Dawn, '15 RR ATB LWB, '14/'08 MB GL550, '11 MB CL63 AMG, '11 X5 50i etc etc
2011 CL 63 and gas guzzler tax???
Anyone think the 2011 cl63 might get away with gas guzzler tax after having fuel efficiency improved by 25%.... Sure would be nice to save the 3 grand

My CL63 gets slightly over 20mpg on the highway and 11-12ish around town. I understand the gas mileage improvement on the 2011 is not currently being computed using the new stop/start technology which is only activated in "C" Mode on the CL & S63's, so the ultimate mpg improvement could conceivably be greater than the advertised 25%.

That tax applies only to passenger cars.
