NEW CL65 Owner! Looking for ECU/TCU Upgrade

Hello I just picked up my 05 CL65 And i`m looking to get the ECU/TCU Upgraded!
Please Let me know Where can that be done?! I`m from NYC
Is it possible to send the ecu/tcu without visiting the shop?? And who has relatively good price and performance??? I read that the Eurocharged Heat exchanger Package is very good??!! Can that be done in NY/NJ area??
And Also Is there a Dyno place in NY/NJ that will Dyno CL65 I really want to do dyno before and after the upgrade!!
Thank you all for your help and I really appreciate all kind of advises on maintenance and upgrades for a new CL65 Owner

I suggest you get in touch with Bruce from TTMotorSports. He is in LI and will put you on the right path in terms of modding your car as well a keep it in tip top shape. He's a vendor for most of the tuners

congrats on the purchase
i would go with what works- Speedriven. i have their pkg in my car:
intercoolers
scorpian air intake
100 octane ecu tune
tcu
also you can do exhaust and trunk resovoir.
my car has gone a best of 11.1@125 with the speedriven 91 octane tune,k&n filters,exhaust and ice resovoir in the trunk. should go 10's next week with the new mods.
i had an eurcharged dyno tune on my car that was good-but wanted to step it up with the Speedriven pkg. you can easily take your ecu/tcu out and ship it to them. takes about a week. it also takes alot of work for a dyno shop to get accurate tq numbers on these cars-they are a b!tch.
ps. eurocharged heat exchanger will not work on the cl65 and they also do not offer a tcu upgrade

You can get torque numbers easily by using an optical sensor on the crank pulley. Renntech did my ECU/TCU and had it back to me the next day. Why would it take a week?

no shops here in vegas could dyno mine, took about a month before getting the optical pickup for the crank. it does not take a week to do the actual tune, maybe a day. he is in new york-speedriven is in chicago. guess it all depends on shipping time. if you really need it next day air ups for $80...

Can you tell me if there was a noticeable difference when you upgrade the ecu/tcu on your Cl???

Who is offering that tune on the CL65? It's readily available on the 600 but not from what I've seen offered for the 65.

when i bought my cl65 used im 99% sure it had a tune in it as it hit 170mph.
i then got it reflashed and could def feel the results.
this dyno was done in 3rd gear(as i stated above, dynoing these cars is not easy) so dont look at the overall numbers-look at the amount gained from 1 tune to another. you will have to adjust your screen to see the tq numbers but their there. 100rwtq gain @3300rpm!

Can you clarify the difference between the 600 and 65 application (bolt on vs. replacement)?

OE Tuning has a plug-in tuner that you can (tune + ez-tuner, no need to send your ECU out. So you can also go back to stock in just a few minutes if you need to. Est. gain of 66hp, 81tq. $1995 + $450 for the EZ-Tuner.

Veloce Performance Tuning - also does ECU/TCU tuning. You must send your parts to them. $2500 ECU - $4500 ECU/TCU package.

Very doubtful that that a ECU upgrade alone will give you 100hp + 200tq gains. I would sure ask for dyno example results before making the purchase. And yes each car is different on the dyno, but it will give you some idea of performance that can be obtained.

On my 600, I got over 125 RWHP gain on the Renntech ECU/TCU flash. I dynoed before and after to verify gains.

Glad to hear that for you; however on a CL65 (the posted topic) you won't get that hp improvement.

Speedriven also offers a plug-in tuner, btw. ECU + TCU + Block Tuner combo for $2390 PKG price.

I would like to see baseline and post tune results:

1) SAE corrected power & torque.
2) Hp/tq over engine rpm, not speed.
3) The DynoJet run files if you do not have access to a printed version.
