2008' Weistec CL 63 Project
Cant wait to get my CL back from Weistec. Dropped off last week for a stage 1 supercharger and a quaife limited slip.
Steve has been awesome, responsive and a real supercharger guy with knowledge in every area of blower dynamics, boost, timing, pressure waves, etc....a real treat over other shops I have dealt with.
I am doing the stage 1, its a daily driver for me, want it quiet and stealth.
It dyno'd at just under 400 bhp at the wheels stock, should be back on the dyno. early next week for post install numbers.
Cheers.

Steve at Weistec said the install went perfectly, as did the diff install. Has been driving it a bit (you think) said it runs really strong with no issues.
Dyno in the morning, than I get to go do big two wheel burn out's.
Cant wait.

Results
Been driving her for a couple days now: Most impressed with how seemless this kit integrates into the powertrain of the car. Driveability, throttle tip in, partial throttle, overrun on boost, and WOT are all spot on. Blower whine is mute but enough to know it's not stock.
The car came back perfect from Weistec, install is awesome, the look is very OEM and the car runs as if it came form the factory this way.
Mid range grunt is noticeable, pulls all the way up to red line with a very different sense of ergency.
I would NEVER have described this big CL as "fun" to drive before hand, kind of lacked the "sports car" feel of my M5 that I dorve before I bought this car.
Now, with the limited slip and blower, it really has transformed the car and makes it feel "light on it's feet" , if you will, a more tossable and driver oriented vehicle.
VERY HAPPY with results, really glad with how it runs in traffic too, as being in Los Angeles, I do a lot of that. No funny idle surges, nothing but a stock running sense when tooling around.
These guys at Weistec have obviously done their homework.
