W215 Wide Rear Fenders!

I'm about to pull the plug on these wide rear fenders:

Only problem is, no one can really answer any questions for me. I don't speak Japanese lol. Its listed as a wide fender kit is all. I was wondering do you guys think this is just a swap and it aligns right on top, or will I need that rear bumper? :/

What brand are they? Are the fronts also wider?

VITT.
I don't think the front is wider, its just their own designed fenders with vents. But they sell them too. I think only the rear fenders are widebody from the vague description they give. But do you think they'd align with the stock bumper?

You probably need the rear bumper. It appears to flare more. Also, there will be a lot of work involved. It isn't just a swap, that part must somehow attach and would then need to be blended and repainted. The rear fender panel is basically part of the car's unibody frame, unlike the front fender which just bolts on.

This is on an Elise, but should give an idea. You cut the fender out and bolt the widebody part onto the fender gap. Then fill, sand, paint.

Fatmike on this site did some mods to his fenders, pulled, rolled and shaved. I think he posted some pix of the work being done some where.

He is running 20x9.5 +24 and 20x10.5 +19, so if that the case he could be ezaly running much wider wheels with the right off sets.

Well, I found out that these are rear fender flares. I bought them today, came to about $2,000.00. Hopefully they come soon, then I'm gonna have to get them molded on.

Really?
You don't see how it widens and arches out 2-3 inches? It's subtle, but definitely not as straight as the stock rear fenders
Vitt:

stock:

Hope it looks sick, then I'm gonna be able to put some REALLY wide Michelins in the back
It's all in the minor details

I can't wait either, I will post pics. I have so many things coming in for my CL. But that's not what me and fatmike are talking about. I purchased the only hood spoiler in the country for the CL from fatmike. Thank goodness I bought from him before he sold his CL. I've been wanting it and could never find one for such a long time. It's from a company named Anceltion that's no longer in business:

Im supposed to get it tomorrow and then I'm getting it done in carbon fiber to match everything else.

What is the point of this? I honestly had to look for a minute to see what it was you were showing in the pictures....

The point is no one else really has a hood spoiler and the second point is no other CL will have a cooler looking hood than mine, especially after it's getting done being molded. What's the point of a little trunk spoiler, same difference. That's all I got to be honest with you

Plus knowing how rare it is, and that they don't exist anymore, I will have a really nice profile for my hood

If you enjoy it than what the hell. I don't think I've ever seen a hood spoiler for any car ever...

I'm really happy with getting it, you have no idea, but then again I really o love the CL. And I know, I've never seen a spoiler for the hood/bonnet, let alone one for a Mercedes-Benz, and even crazier for a CL Class lol. Repping the CLs

I did pay a pretty penny for it. This spoiler is the exact same one that was on forum about a year and a half ago. There's only this one in circulation lol. I wanted to buy it, it was being sold my a member HoeBag. He was selling it for $500. Long story short, I contacted HoeBag and he told me it was sold. Ever since then I've been searching for one, never any luck finding anything relating to the piece except for this one Japanese website I could never work out. I found out fatmike had it. Contacted him, he was selling the car, offered him a price, and here we are.
Who does the hydro graphic process? How long does it usually take?

Now its even cooler, I got it done in carbon fiber. It looks so awesome seeing it from inside of the car, and the profile is straight up aggressive.

I ordered the fender flares a couple months back. Shipping was like 1400$ to ship to US 10 days. So I though ugh, whatever. Paid the shipping additionally. Then they wanted like 300$ more. But what really got me was they couldn't accept the original Paypal payment I sent, they wanted me to wire it to them. I didn't like that. So I just got my money back. Does anyone know a legit Vitt authorized dealer? I really would love these rear fender flares, it's about the only thing it needs to complete my extremely menacing CL (as well as the CF Euroteck side skirts)

(Not my car but has the Vitt rear fender flares)
