Im pretty excited to grab it. Ill post pics when I get them. Ive had a couple E55's in the past, and I love the power.

can you guys point me in a few directions?

I want a nice lip spoiler
I want to tint, or buy smoked tail lights
I would like a pulley/reflash possibly
Is there still a sinple way to make these cars get lower to the ground?

Thanks!

Welcome to the w215 community!

1. front lip - I have a Euroteck Motorsports front lip that I'm very happy with. Quality is superb and install was very easy. JL Motoring sells front lips too for our cars.

2. Personally, I vinyl tinted my tails and cut out the white parts instead of painting just in case I wanted them removed. No need to buy tail lights, just paint or vinyl them.

3. There are many vendors on-board that can provide you with more info. I've heard great things about Eurocharged.

4. I've had my car lowered using the factory setting at Benz Works, but I know lowering links and an ELM (electric lowering module) are very popular among members as well.

PS: post up some pics!!

Order brakes and rotors from our sponsers on the forum and get an indie shop to replace them.

Nav disks can be found on the forum or ebay. Worst case order it from the same place you are buying brakes and rotors.

Trunk opening can be adjusted. Read in your manual.

I don't think your supercharger kicks in until 3500rpm (I could be wrong as I have a CL65). Your intercooler pump can possibly be bad. I'm changing mine for the added security of knowing its new.

Akebono pads are the best by far. You can buy or modify your lowering links.

Redtooth racing pulley is the best IMO 180mm is a great one to start with and a tune. The new UPD SC pulley coming out is an easy way to gain boost and power as well.

You should be able to order the map DVD from NAVTEQ or from the dealer. When I ordered mine from the dealer, the price was the same as NAVTEQ. You can sometimes find them on eBay, but some of them are copies and don't work correctly.

These are beautiful cars. Congratulations.

The supercharger kicks in at 2,700 rpm according to the info provided in an original review of the motor from a major auto magazine.

Find the thread called "check your I/C pump" or something like that which I started within the last year.

Looks like the reflection of the curb across the street that is digitized due to downrezing.
