Prior Design is a company based out of Germany. All the kits are also manufactured in Germany and they have really stepped up with their designs lately. The retail cost of the CL W216 Black Edition is $19,999. This includes the front bumper with mesh grills, front lip, full front fenders, vented hood, side skirts, rear quarter panels, rear bumper, rear diffuser and exhaust tips.

I actually have one of these kits inbound from Germany. We can send a kit to your body shop of choice or we can install the kit on your car locally. The local installation obviously guarantees utmost quality of bodywork, fit and paint.

Peter...that actually looks pretty good. I'm not sure about the pseudo air scoop on the roof but other wise pretty clean. Having too many swooshes, ducts, and extra fogs can ruin a nice design...this is nice.

Worth the wait

I usually hate Prior kits (well all kits really).

But that one is really nice. I bet in a more soft color and no stripes it is really stunning.

I wish they made a set of rear fenders like these for the W215. I'm not a fan of the W216 body, but this would be the kit mine would have

I think dark colors are best for those sorts of kits. No matter how smooth the kit flows, it is a widebody and it is aggressive. Darker colors tend to hide the aggressive lines of the lit a little better then lighter colors.

What about the hood scoop? Can you order that? Don't all CL's come with a moonroof?

You can order the hood separately. the roof scoop is not necessary but it looks cool. Here is one without the roof scoop:

How do you put the Roof scoop on? Did they get rid of the moonroof on the original posted CL because all CLs have a moon/sunroof, and how much does the roof scoop cost? Thank you
