2013 S63, 2018 S63 with Carbon Ceramic brakes
Car was repaired under CPO warranty but not without a fight. The SA wanted to charge me $490 to replace the drive belt and steam clean the engine as it was contaminated with ABC fluid. I said that said contamination was a direct result of the failure which was covered under warranty. He said belts are not covered under warranty.
Contacted MBUSA again and got the issue resolved. Unf^&*ing real.

What was burning? ABC fluid?
Your SA sucks. I would let him know the next time he makes a dumb ruling that you have to escalate, you plan to take it up with his GM and expect compensation for your time.

Which dealership did you go to? I have a ABC issue now on my 2002 cl55 and I want to take it to someone like the shop foreman you referred to that knows his stuff. My only thing is I KNOW the dealer will try to rape me with the price to fix
